How we work.

A small, hands-on practice. A clear path from first call to the work that lives in the world. No pitches, no decks for the sake of decks.

The Stages

Five stages. Each on purpose.

    Week 0
    Discovery

    A 30-minute call to go deep on the business. What it does, who it's for, what's working, what isn't. No pitch. If there's a fit, we move forward.

    Week 1
    Scoping & Proposal

    A written proposal that names the gap, the work, the team, the commercials, and the cadence. No fluff. If anything is unclear, we rewrite it.

    Weeks 2–3
    Onboarding

    A focused two-week sprint to absorb the brand. Deep audit, founder interviews, customer signals, competitive ground. We arrive ready to make decisions, not ready to learn.

How We Operate

We say less in meetings.

More work between them. Status updates land in writing. Calls are for decisions, not reports.

Engagement Types

Three shapes we work in.

Retainer
6–24 months

The default. Brand, content, performance, or partnerships — usually in combination — on a monthly cadence. Our long-term partnerships live here.

Project
6–12 weeks

A clearly scoped piece of work — a rebrand, a campaign, a launch shoot. Defined start and end. Sometimes leads to a retainer.

Sprint
2–4 weeks

A focused intervention — a brand audit, a content sprint, a production push. Fast, scoped, useful.
