Marketing Playbooks

Operating-level marketing — performance, influence, partnerships, and the systems behind them.

This is the operating-level material: how the work is actually run rather than what it should say. Pricing and what agencies charge in India and the UAE, how to evaluate a partner before you sign, the weekly and quarterly cadence that catches problems while they are still cheap, influencer programmes run as systems rather than one-off collaborations, brand partnerships, and seasonal planning for markets where a single month decides the year. Most of it is written for founders who have been through at least one agency relationship that did not work and want to understand what went wrong structurally rather than personally.

How We Work — Marketing Playbooks

What an engagement looks like here.

The operating work is the least visible part of an engagement and the part that decides whether the rest survives contact with a real quarter. In practice it means a weekly review that is short and specific, a monthly retro that looks at what was learned rather than what was shipped, and a quarterly decision about where the next bet goes. It also means measurement that is honest about attribution rather than transcribing what a platform claims about itself. Most of the failures we are called in to fix are not strategy failures; they are the absence of a cadence that would have caught the problem in week three.

If that is the kind of partner you are looking for, our process sets out how engagements are scoped and run, and selected work shows the shape in practice. The rest of the journal covers the neighbouring categories.
